All commercial terms related to goods, including pricing, quality, quantity, and delivery, are agreed directly between the buyer and seller.

Payments

All payments made to the Company are towards service or commission fees only. Payments must be made through approved banking channels. The Company does not accept or promote cash transactions.

Invoices

The Company issues service/commission invoices for facilitation and coordination services. Invoices for goods or materials are raised directly between the buyer and seller and are outside the Company’s scope.

No Guarantee or Warranty

The Company does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding:

• Quality or condition of goods

• Pricing or market value

• Delivery timelines of goods

Such matters are solely the responsibility of the respective buyer and seller.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, delay, or dispute arising between buyers and sellers in relation to goods or materials. Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the service fees received by the Company.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on the website. Service or commission fees are generally non-refundable once services are initiated.

Compliance

Clients and vendors agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements, including tax and regulatory obligations.

Modification of Terms
