All payments received by the company are service or commission fees for facilitation and coordination services.

Non-Refundable Fees

Once a service has been initiated or a service/commission invoice has been issued, the fees paid are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Trade facilitation services

• Coordination and sourcing support

• Documentation and compliance assistance

• Logistics and vendor coordination services

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment made by the client

• Payment made in error for a service not initiated

Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 working days from the date of payment. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the company reserves the right to approve or reject such requests.

No Refund on Goods or Materials

The company does not buy or sell goods directly. All commercial terms, pricing, quality, and delivery of goods are agreed directly between the buyer and seller. Therefore, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds related to goods, materials, or scrap transactions.

Mode of Refund

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to banking timelines.
